The Jan Vermulst Foundation
aims to further the work of the Dutch composer Jan Vermulst (Stiphout 30-10-1925
- Helmond 4-2-1994) and to stimulate musical life in general by organising concerts
and composition competitions.

Vermulst
Jan Vermulst composed approximately 250 religious works, including 19 masses,
for liturgical use in the Dutch and English languages. Het arranged more than
100 mainly Dutch and Flemish folk songs for choirs. He was well known as an organist,
